 Toni Bentel Bailey - Account/Project Manager

Toni is a graduate of James Madison University, with a BA in Communications. From 1989 to 2004, Toni began a career at VerStandig Broadcasting to become Local Sales Manager for News Radio 550, WSVA throughout the mid-nineteen nineties, and then became the group's Senior Account Manager. Throughout her 14+ years at VerStandig Broadcasting, Toni worked to develop and implement creative promotional ideas that include the yearly AutumnPeak festival and News Radio 550 WSVA's "Golden Circle of Business".

Toni lives in the woods with her son Matthew and husband George. She enjoys her extended family, friends and music.. ask her about the album du jour. In addition to reading magazines late at night, she is inspired by her cats Harry and Leo.



Shannon Sankar - Creative Director

With an educational background in Art at Bridgewater College, Shannon Sankar began gaining professional experience in the fields of both graphic design and broadcast advertising in 1998.  As Creative Director with VerStandig Broadcasting from 1999 until 2004, Shannon worked closely with account managers to create all of the local in-house radio commercial messages for each of the five radio stations within the broadcast group. Shannon has also worked with VerStandig Broadcasting, other local media firms, and individual clients to develop television commercial messages, web site designs, as well as print ad layouts and company logos.

Shannon is married with one son, Jarod.  Shannon enjoys yoga, listening to CDs and buying music from iTunes - favorites include The Cranberries/Dolores O'Riordan, watching TV (LOST, The 4400, New Adventures of Old Christine and classics like The Dick Van Dyke Show) and spending time with her family, including her cat, Stevie.

Kim Cubbage - Photographer/Assistant Graphic Designer

Combining a special, artistic blend of photographic expertise and graphic design skills, Kim serves as the BSI staff photographer, assisting clients with on-site photography.  Kim also works as Shannon's assistant, providing part-time/per-project graphic design work for BSI clients.

Kim's outside interests include drawing, shopping, watching television, walking her dog, Jessie, and eating Mexican food.

 

Max Sankar - Technical Consultant

From complex web coding assistance to unexplainable computer madness, Max is our man.  With broad, versatile IT skills ranging from computer programming to database management to networking support, Max knows it all.  As for us, we're just glad that we know him.

Max is originally from the small island of Trinidad.  He is married with one son, Jarod.  He loves all things electronic and is an avid gamer.  Max is also a movie buff - his favorites are martial arts films with Jet Li.
