 Toni Bentel Bailey - Account/Project Manager

Toni Bentel Bailey serves as Project Manager for B.S. Ideas, Inc. Since 2004, she has been responsible for direct communication, fundamental development, and the expansion of clients' marketing efforts. Working directly between our clients and Shannon as the "point person", Toni maintains a dedication to all projects, overseeing the overall strategy with both short and long term agendas. Toni has earned a background of more than 20 years of experience in advertising. She is a graduate of James Madison University, holding a degree in Communications along with a fourteen-year history as a sales leader at VerStandig Broadcasting. Since partnering with Shannon in 2004, Toni has garnered vast experience in the world of broad and unique marketing, including advertising and online media.

Toni lives in the woods with her husband, George. She enjoys spending free time with her son Matthew, his wife Laura, her extended family and friends. She appreciates new music, walking for exercise and staying up to date by reading magazines. Toni’s office assistants are her Manx cats Harry and Leo.



Shannon Sankar - Creative Director

Shannon Sankar is the Graphic Artist and Creative Director for B.S. Ideas, Inc. With an educational background in Art at Bridgewater College, Shannon began gaining professional experience in the fields of both graphic design and broadcast advertising in 1998. As Creative Director with VerStandig Broadcasting from 1999 until 2004, Shannon worked closely with account managers to create all of the local radio commercial messages for each of the five radio stations that form the broadcast group. Since forming B.S. Ideas, Inc. with Toni in 2004, Shannon has amassed extensive professional experience in the development of corporate identity for countless businesses through her designs and concepts for logos, websites, business cards and other collateral materials. Shannon has delivered diverse advertising and marketing materials that include outdoor advertising, print and broadcast advertising, as well as social media marketing. Additionally, Shannon is an accomplished free-hand artist, providing a comprehensive body of artwork for businesses, individuals, and civic groups.

Shannon lives in Stuarts Draft with her husband, Max and her son, Jarod.   Shannon enjoys running, listening to music and watching classic television programs.

Kim Emerson - Photographer

Combining a special, artistic blend of photographic expertise and graphic design skills, Kim serves as the BSI staff photographer, assisting clients with on-site photography.  

Kim's outside interests include drawing, shopping, watching television, walking her dog, Jesse, and eating Mexican food.

 

Max Sankar - Technical Consultant

From complex web coding assistance to unexplainable computer madness, Max is our man.  With broad, versatile IT skills ranging from computer programming to database management to networking support, Max knows it all.  As for us, we're just glad that we know him.

Max is originally from the small island of Trinidad.  He is married with one son, Jarod.  He loves all things electronic and is an avid gamer.  Max is also a movie buff - his favorites are martial arts films with Jet Li.
